 I am writing this note to let you in on a very strange, but true, story. I have been using your custom binders and filler kits for years. Prior to using yours I was involved with a home inspection franchise that used a similar binder and contents tabs. Many of my clients and customers have been very receptive to this method of packaging my report. When I no longer operated my inspection company, under the franchise, I reverted to a simple report cover rather than the binder and filler pages. This was NOT a good idea. A number of high end Boston based real estate companies actually stopped using my services. I was told that if I was not going to present myself in what THEY considered to be "a professional manner" they would stop referring me.
